Originals in variation, or Variations of the Original?

What may have played a part in my own major probably goes back to high school. In high school we didn’t have a music problem until me and my friends decided to try our best to get one, we argued with the school, we looked for a teacher who could teach and be willing too. We found a teacher who knew music theory but that was the extent of her knowledge but it sufficed we had a teacher now then we continued to search for instruments, few were obtained through our personal collection and most were found through funding.

What may have played a part in me deciding on a major would go back to high school. In high school we didn't have a music program until my friends and I decided to try out best to get one. We argued with the school for months and finally after a long fight we got our program; just one problem we didn't have a music teacher. We looked or a music teacher who could teach music as well as be willing to although we didn't have to search long, we found a teacher who has some education in music which was just enough to suffice. The final problem was getting instruments, between ourselves we had enough personal equipment but no extras for other possible students.

What I did with this passage was fix some grammer issues and change some run on sentences. I had some basic errors, spell check errors, basic grammer in general, sentences that could form two different and complete sentences.

After teaching all those students I just started thinking of how I would never want to teach music because there just isn’t anyone with the passion until one day my boss at the day care back home I played guitar on my break and kids came and asked me to teach them, I figured they just wanted to be able to play something like me, but I decided to teach them some basics and it was a completely different from trying to teach high school student with no interest, these kids had a genuine interest they really learned what I taught them. After the hours passed these kids could play blues guitar and I felt proud but that didn’t even come close to how great I felt when I heard the kids talking to their moms saying “Mom, I can play guitar now. Trevor taught me.” That is what made me think of a future teaching music.

After helping my teacher at the high school I started  thinking of how I would never want to teach music because no one had any passion to learn music in that class; until one day my boss at the local daycare back home said I should teach some kids guitar as an activity. I sat down with my guitar and the kids came up to ask me to teach them, instead of me having to ask if they want to learn. I figured they just wanted to play on one but it made me happy never the less. I decided to teach them basics and unlike the high school students these kids were actually showed a genuine interest and learned what I could teach them. After the hours passed each child could play a little bit of blues which made me feel proud; although that had no comparison to how I felt when the mothers would come pick up their kid and hear them saying "Mom, I can play guitar now. Trevor taught me." That is what made me rethink a future of teaching music.

What  I changed here were more basic errors as well as a major error in this passage that didn't make sense at all. I split some sentences and made others more detailed.

Thingysand enthographies

Issues that may ensue are that, clashing schedules may leave both student and teacher left without a time slot for interview, and maybe there would be no possibility for a shadowing, but I believe that neither of these shall befall me. I have talked to my teacher and she has agreed to another interview about my aspiration for towards a musical education degree; although I have yet to find someone willing to let me sit through a class to shadow.

A memory that may have had a lot of influence in me choosing my major is when I found out how much I loved to teach children while working at the daycare. It all started with a memory, something to push me into the direction, something that helped me realize that I want to teach children music.

While working at the daycare there were a few times where my boss asked me what I could do to keep the children interested and busy while she cooked a meal for all the kids. So I would call the children into the living room and hand a few of them a guitar and the other children would go outside with the other workers and play tag or something. I remember looking at the confused faces of these children and each of them wondering what they were going to learn. As I taught them the basics of fretting a single string I could hear the buzzing of the strings from the children who were not holding the string down all the way and then you would hear a child gloat about how they did it hoping that the teacher would say good job. It must have been boring for some of the kids cause a couple were staring outside wanting to play tag but there were a few whose entire focus was put into the guitar they were holding. After a long while of teaching them something I thought they would like, a couple of the kids could play a blues riff.

It was fun I got to play my guitar at work, I got the kids there to stop climbing on everything, but I guess what made me smile the most was when the parents came to pick up their kids and some of the kids would talk about how “I can play guitar now! Trevor showed me!” The parents were happy and in turn my boss was happy, although I still never got that raise I wanted.

Interviewing... to learned something i wanna do

I wish to interview Dr. Boden again because I want to be a music teacher when I grow older, I hope that I will be able to meet her in person again and take notes on the interview, so I hope that I can prepare for the interview, maybe talk about music and teaching.
I want to know what goes into a days work as a teacher, I am curious how the days are spent before during and after the class room. I am curious how to present the material, how you could give an example and explain it in terms the students will understand.
Also I am curious about what  goes into planning a class lecture, what kind of material is put into consideration different material, what is taught in the book, what is aloud to be taught out of the book.
The difficulties of teaching and how to deal with that.
The reason I want to ask these questions is because I want to know what the job is like from the teachers point of view, how difficult it can be and what kind of work I could expect.
I think I could add more variety of questions I just feel that I am asking easy questions, but I cant bring myself to not want to ask them because they are good questions
I don't think my questions are too bad in comparison to others but I don't get how I am supposed to compare to others.
